I found this site through Ravelry.com a website for knitters. I’ve never had a blog, but this seems to be a lot of fun, so here I am. I live in Minnesota as of the last 3 years, prior to that I lived in the Chicago area for 15, Ohio for 3 and New York City suburbs for 2 years. I’m the mother of 3 boys, ages 19, 20 and 25, 2 dogs, 1 cat and I’m married. I love to knit, learned when I was just a little girl, but am learning to do it right. Along with knitting I have a passion for reading, traveling, genealogy, Antarctica, good food, good friends and good wine.

Just saw the huge pile of books you’ve read. I wish I had more time to devour books like you do. Kudos to your passion!

Thanks so much for the comment. Over the years I’ve learned to read fast, but above all, living in the deep freeze of Minnesota, having my boys gone and turning the TV off have helped enormously with my passion for books!

Hey there! You know me from either bookcrossing or Ravelry… very cool places in themselves. Well, I thought to check out your blog. And I love it! I hope you get a chance to follow one of my blogs – I have five! Two of which are books, so it’s not so bad – and so I hope I gather myself another follower on one of them.
I do review books on ‘My Reading List’ (url: http://www.continuousreader.blogspot.com/) or better still you can just search through my complete profile from my main website that I’ve put in.
And you know me… never without a book to read! Bookcrossers practically eat books morning, noon and night.

Hi Mozeltte! I know you from both bookcrossing and Ravelry!!! Right now I’m more of a Ravelry fan – less snarkiness on Ravelry. My biggest problem is deciding whether to read or knit!! I can’t believe you have 5 blogs – I’m off to check them out!

Hi there, I’m a fellow ravelry-er (knitting is a lot like writing) and just stumbled onto your blog about Richard Russo — I’ve been meaning to buy that book and you had an interesting perspective!
Saw that you have a book group — wanted to let you know that I’m an author who’ll visit your group via phone when you read my novel, Standing Still. It was named one of Simon &Schuster’s top book club picks, and a Target Breakout Author as well as being well reviewed by many traditional sources!
Check it out if you want at http://www.bykellysimmons.com.
happy reading and reviewing!!
